Where Steel Meets Spirit

At IronPetal Forge, every blade begins with intention. I shape steel the same way my teachers taught me—patiently, respectfully, and with an understanding that a katana is more than a tool. It is a story forged in fire.

Our Craft

katana in detall

Every katana that leaves my forge is handcrafted using traditional folding, clay-tempering, and polishing techniques. I work slowly, forging in small batches to preserve quality. When you hold an IronPetal blade, you’re holding months of dedication.

Customer Reviews

I own several katanas, but none move the way an IronPetal blade does. The weight distribution is perfect, and the edge arrived flawlessly polished. It’s rare to find a sword that feels both powerful and graceful—this one does.
— K. Laughton, Collector

The hamon pattern on my blade is stunning—subtle, elegant, and unique. You can immediately tell it wasn’t made in a factory. Rei’s artistry stands out in every detail.
— M. Rin, Interior Designer

I was nervous ordering a custom piece online, but Rei’s professionalism erased every worry. The katana arrived packaged securely, with care instructions and a handwritten note. This is a level of service you rarely see anymore.
— J. Walters, Gift Buyer
